The hosting provider acts as a data processor on behalf of the Data Controller.

The Data Controller may process the following personal data:

• e-mail address

• telephone number

These data are provided by the user during:

• contact requests,

• newsletter subscription,

• registration for programs or services.

5. Purposes of Data Processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• enabling contact with users,

• responding to inquiries,

• providing website-related services and programs,

• sending newsletters and marketing communications (where consent is given),

• fulfilling legal obligations.

6. Legal Basis of Data Processing

Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6 of the GDPR, in particular:

• Article 6(1)(b) – performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract,

• Article 6(1)(c) – compliance with a legal obligation under Hungarian or EU law,

Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

In cases where data processing is mandatory under Hungarian law, the Data Controller will inform the user separately.

7. Newsletter and Direct Marketing

Newsletters and marketing messages are sent only with the user’s explicit prior consent, in accordance with:

• GDPR, and

• Act XLVIII of 2008 on the Basic Conditions and Certain Restrictions of Economic Advertising Activities.

Users may withdraw their consent at any time:

• by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter, or

• by sending an e-mail to info@coachforevent.com.

Upon withdrawal, the Data Controller will immediately delete the user’s data from the direct marketing database.

8. Data Retention Period

Personal data are stored only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of data processing, or for the period required by applicable Hungarian or EU law.

Data processed for newsletter purposes are retained until the user withdraws consent.

9. Data Security

The Data Controller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of data security appropriate to the risk, in particular protection against:

• unauthorized access,

• alteration, disclosure, or transmission,

• accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

10. Rights of Data Subjects

Under the GDPR, users have the right to:

• access their personal data (Article 15),

• request rectification (Article 16),

• request erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (Article 17),

• request restriction of processing (Article 18),

• object to processing (Article 21),

• withdraw consent at any time (Article 7).

Requests may be submitted by e-mail to info@coachforevent.com, subject to verification of identity.

The Data Controller shall respond within one month, which may be extended by two additional months where permitted by the GDPR.

If the user believes that their personal data have been processed unlawfully, they may:
